Walters Insurance Group, LLC is a family ran operation, built from the ground up on hard work and dedication to our customers. Having grown up in the piney woods of East Texas we appreciate close relationships and family, and we treat every one of our customers like family, period. When we started Walters Insurance Group, LLC we vowed to never get too big that we forget who we work for, and that's you, our customers. We often hear from our customers how they appreciate that we actually answer the phone when they call us. This sounds like a simple task but just try to call an insurance agent that works for a large corporation doing tele-sales....it's easier said than done!
